Lee Lockwood is licensed to practice psychotherapy in the State of Missouri. LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) since 1991 when Licensure first became available in Missouri.
Graduated with an MSW from Washington University in 1979.
Completed the Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program at the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute in 1993.
Trained for over a year in marital and family psychotherapy.
Has extensive experience and training in the addictions fields. Some of these experiences include working in a hospital based inpatient treatment program. He directed and ran one of the first comprehensive outpatient alcoholism/chemical dependency programs in the St. Louis area. He has trained at the Johnson Institute and has significant training in sex addictions treatment.
He has supervised three outpatient alcohol/drug abuse programs for adolescents since 1999.
In addition, he has lectured or given over 200 lectures/talks on the areas of his expertise.
